New Yorker Cartoon Caption Contest
The New Yorker has started running a cartoon caption contest on the back page of every issue. This is the third week. You can see the ones so far right here in your own handy-dandy web browser. Yes that's right, you can just click on the link there...no need to say "Simon Says" first either.Anyway, they have posted the finalists for the first contest right here (just click etc). I thought my entry ("You're lucky, I usually don't make house calls") was better than the ones they chose. Heck maybe it was, since I never got around to submitting it.
